Mary Grace’s approach is affirming, playful, and practical, creating a space for individuals and couples to gain insight and build resilience. Mary Grace’s therapeutic orientation is flexible, collaborative, and person-centered, incorporating various therapeutic modalities to best suit the needs of each individual client. She holds a Primary Certificate in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) from the Albert Ellis Institute and integrates REBT with play therapy, narrative therapy, and brain-based approaches. The Neurosequential Network acknowledges that she has completed NMT Training Certification through the Phase I level. Additionally, she is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1), helping couples build healthier communication and connection. She is also certified as a Neurodiversity-Affirming Practitioner through the PlayStrong Institute.
